To place an order, simply select your size and complete the usual check out process.
The order will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. All works are carried out at our London-based studio. We will notify you when it is ready and will arrange a courier delivery, free of charge, to your designated delivery address.
The items ordered online are eligible for a full refund. If the return has been agreed, we will arrange a courier collection of the garment(s) and issue a full refund to the original payment method, provided garments are returned unworn and otherwise undamaged.

We aim to dispatch the Products within 1 working day of receiving your order and offer free next day delivery with Royal Mail in the UK & Channel Islands and DHL courier service outside of the UK. Please see the list of countries we currently ship to under International deliveries. Please note that you are responsible for paying import duties and taxes on international orders.
If for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you have received them, in the original packaging and with the tag still attached. We aim to process all refunds within 5-10 business days.
In the UK & Channel Islands, we offer Royal Mail 1 business day delivery as well as a collection from the studio, if you are based in London. Please contact us at studio@anyamarokko.com to arrange.
We offer next day express DHL courier service for our international deliveries.

Please note that If you order Products from our site for delivery to one of the International delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag still attached.
We will give you a full refund or exchange for the Products.
To return a Product, please reply to the dispatch confirmation we sent you. We will e-mail you to confirm once we have received your cancellation.
Alternatively, if you no longer have the dispatch confirmation email, you can contact us at studio@anyamarokko.com. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it.
You must return the Products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. If you have notified us before receiving the Products at the address, but after the Products have been dispatched to you, please send these back within 14 days of receiving the Products at the delivery address.
You can either send these back to us by post or through our authorised courier service to the following address: 3—7 Mowlem Street, Bethnal Green, London E2 9HE, UNITED KINGDOM.
If you choose to return the Products by post, please do so by recorded delivery and keep the receipt as proof of return.
If we have offered to collect the Product from you as advised in an email, we or the authorised courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
We will process the refund once we have received and inspected the Products. We will refund you on the credit or debit card used by you to pay. We aim to process all refunds within 5-10 days.

We recommend that you measure yourself and consult the size chart to make sure that you order the size that is best for you.
For the best results, get yourself measured with a tape measure, barefoot and in underwear. Be sure to not hold the tape measure too tight or too loose.
